Congratulations on the purchase of your new baby. I am providing you with a
certificate of veterinary inspection listing all vaccines and deworming medication
administered of to the puppy. To the best of my knowledge on the date of purchase,
this animal is in sound health and free of any known communicable diseases. In the
event the consumer’s veterinarian (within two business days after purchase) finds
the animal to be unfit, (no vet bills will be paid by breeder), the consumer has the
right to retain or return the animal in exchange for another at the next available liter or
cash refunds allowing the breeder to pay within 3 months). This guaranty does not
cover upper respiratory infections, hypoglycemia or neglect. This animal is not
guaranteed for breeding. Breeder does not Guaranty size or color or animal. Heredity
defects are covered up to one year of age, but must be documented by a veterinarian.
In the event that the consumer cannot care for the animal, the breeder will have the
chance to buy the puppy back. My puppy WILL NOT be placed somewhere I do not
know.
